Questions about Remote Prime Cost Audit
Can you really audit me without visiting?
Yes. Most of what an on-site audit finds is already in your numbers: POS sales and product mix, payroll, vendor invoices, P&Ls and comps and voids. A 30-minute video tour covers the line, prep and storage. What a remote audit leaves out is the 68-point on-site walk-through, a health inspection review and staff interviews. Restaurants in Dallas–Fort Worth can choose the on-site audit instead.
What if the audit doesn't find savings?
Then you get your money back. If the audit doesn't identify at least $1,950 in annual savings opportunities, we refund the full fee. The one condition: your complete data by Day 5, because the clock and the findings depend on it.
Is my data secure?
Your files never travel by email or through a website form. You upload them through a private, per-client link we send you after kickoff. Only Prime Cost Group sees them, and we never name a client or share their figures without written permission. Payroll exports can leave out employee names: hours, rates and totals are what the labor review needs.
How long does it take?
Fourteen days from kickoff to the readout, as long as your data is in by Day 5. If it's late, the clock pauses until it arrives.
How soon can we start?
We take on three remote audits a month so each one gets the time it needs. When you request one, we'll give you the next open start date.
Which POS and payroll systems do you work with?
Any that can export sales, product mix and labor reports. Toast, Square, Clover and most others can. If you're not sure how to pull a report, we'll walk you through it at kickoff.
