What's the difference from Fractional COO?
Advisor is guidance and accountability: we review and advise, your team executes. Fractional COO is hands-on: weekly manager meetings, on-site visits and building the systems with you.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Many owners start in one tier and move up or down as the business changes. The 3-month minimum applies when a retainer starts.
Does Advisor include on-site visits?
It's built around remote reviews and calls. If an on-site visit makes sense, we'll talk about it first.
