You know the margin is off. You don't know where.
Most owners can feel it before they can prove it. Sales look fine, the dining room is full on Friday, and the P&L still comes back thin. Food cost moves a point at a time. Labor creeps. Invoices get paid without anyone checking them against what was ordered.
Guessing at fixes is expensive. Cutting hours in the wrong daypart hurts service. Switching suppliers on case price alone can cost more after yield. An audit replaces the guesswork with a ranked list of what is actually costing you money.

FAQ
Questions about Restaurant Operations Audit
How long does the audit take?
Typically one to two days on site, with the written report delivered within two weeks of the visit. Most of the timeline depends on how quickly we receive your data.
What do you need from me?
Ideally 12 months of P&Ls, 90 days of POS sales, item mix and labor reports, recent schedules, two months of vendor invoices, and your recipes if you have them. If something doesn't exist yet, that's a finding too, and we'll help you build it.
Is the $3,500 credited if I keep working with you?
Yes. The full fee is credited toward any retainer you sign within 30 days of receiving the report.
Who owns the report?
You do. The report, the plan and any tools we build are yours to keep and use, with or without us.
