Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Prime Cost Group LLC, a Helix Core Holdings LLC company (“Prime Cost Group,” “we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit a consultation request we receive what you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, restaurant name, role, city, number of locations, the service you're interested in, your biggest challenge, your message, and how and when you prefer to be contacted.
Prime Cost Health Check. The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you type are not sent to us unless you choose “Email me my full Prime Cost Report.” If you do, we receive your name, email, restaurant name and the figures you entered, so we can build the PDF, email it to you, and keep a copy to follow up once. Figures are never placed in web addresses or analytics.
Usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited and when forms are submitted or contact links are clicked. These events do not include the contents of forms or any financial figures.
Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and prevent abuse (for example, rate limiting form submissions).

How we use it

To respond to your request and provide the services you ask about.
To send you the report you requested and a single follow-up.
To improve the website and measure which pages are useful.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your restaurant's figures with anyone.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site: website hosting (DigitalOcean), email delivery (Resend), and, if enabled, Google Analytics or Plausible for aggregate usage statistics. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser, and the calculator keeps your figures in this browser tab's session storage so they survive moving between pages. Both stay on your device. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set its own cookies.

Retention

We keep consultation requests and report requests in our email for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing Zack@primecostgroup.com.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and operators and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
