— Weekly KPI Monitoring · Anywhere in the US

Ten numbers a week, before they become a bad month.

Send last week's numbers on Monday. On Wednesday you get your scorecard: ten KPIs against goals set from your own baseline, each marked green, yellow or red, with written flags on what to look at first.
Scorecard$397/mo
Coach$797/mo

3-month minimum, then month-to-month.

The problem

The monthly P&L reports problems you've already paid for.

By the time a P&L shows labor up two points, you've paid for four weeks of it. The numbers that move first, like sales per labor hour, overtime, waste and comps, are sitting in your POS and payroll every week. Someone just has to read them on the same day every week.

What's included

  • Goals and watch bands set from your own baseline, not an industry chart
  • Monday: you send last week's numbers
  • Wednesday: your scorecard and written flags
  • Coach tier: a 15-minute call every week, Thursday or Friday

What you should have at the end

  • A weekly read on ten numbers, with the misses flagged early
  • Managers who know which number they own
  • Fewer surprises when the monthly P&L closes

Who it's for

  • Operators anywhere in the US who want a weekly read without a full retainer
  • Owners whose numbers drift when they step back
  • Restaurants coming out of an audit that want to hold the gains

How the markers work

Each KPI gets a goal and a watch band, set from your own last 8 to 13 weeks, not an industry chart.

  • Green. At or better than goal. Keep doing it.
  • Yellow. Off goal but inside the watch band. Name the cause this week.
  • Red. Past the watch band. One owner, one action, a due date.

Leading numbers move first and can be fixed mid-week. Lagging numbers confirm what already happened.

FAQ

Questions about Weekly KPI Monitoring

Scorecard or Coach?

Scorecard if you or your managers will act on the flags yourselves. Coach if you want a short call every week to turn the flags into one or two actions, plus a monthly vendor price check.

What if my numbers are late?

The scorecard runs on Monday numbers. If they're late twice in a month, that week's scorecard is skipped so the rhythm stays honest.

What if I need more than the scorecard?

Work beyond the scorecard, like a menu or labor deep dive, is what Remote Operator Advisor is for. We'll quote it before doing it.

Do I need the audit first?

No, but it helps: the audit sets the baseline your goals come from. If you sign within 30 days of a Remote Prime Cost Audit, half the audit fee is credited.
