How is this different from KPI Monitoring?
KPI Monitoring watches ten numbers every week and flags what moved. Remote Advisor does that and works the business with you: two video calls a month, a monthly P&L review, a vendor price check and a deep dive on the menu, labor or waste.
Do I need the Remote Prime Cost Audit first?
It's the best start, because it gives us the 90-day plan to work from, and the full audit fee is credited toward Remote Advisor if you sign within 30 days. If you already know your numbers well, we can talk about starting without it.
What's the minimum?
90 days, then month-to-month. Real operating change takes at least a quarter to show up in a P&L.
Will you ever come on site?
Remote Advisor is built to work entirely by video. Restaurants in Dallas–Fort Worth can choose the on-site Operator Advisor instead.
